Day 1: Arrival & Immersion
- Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Arrive in Crete, check into your 4-star hotel, and settle in with a warm welcome from the Creta Next Gen team.
- Afternoon (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM): Embark on a guided city tour of Crete, exploring historic sites, vibrant markets, and scenic coastal views to soak in the island’s culture.
- Evening (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Gather for a team welcome dinner at a local taverna, featuring Greek cuisine and a camp orientation. Meet coaches, staff, and fellow players to build camaraderie.
- Night (8:30 PM - 10:00 PM): Free time to relax or network informally with teammates. Early rest encouraged to prepare for training.
Day 2: Training Kickoff & Greek Football Insights
- Morning (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM): Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a team briefing on the day’s goals.
- Late Morning (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM): First Training Session at Episkopi F.C. facilities. Focus on technical drills (e.g., passing, ball control) and fitness assessments to prepare for scout evaluations.
- Afternoon (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Lunch at the hotel, followed by a recovery session with light stretching or optional video analysis of morning drills.
- Late Afternoon (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM): Friendly Match #1 – Play in a competitive 11v11 match against local or camp-selected teams, scouted by Greek 2nd/3rd division clubs. Video recordings capture key moments.
- Evening (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM): Seminar – “Starting the Professional Journey”. Learn about the Greek football pyramid, club expectations, and pro pathways from experienced coaches and guest scouts.
- Night (9:00 PM): Free time to relax or review match footage with coaches.
Day 3: Position-Specific Training & Scout Connections
- Morning (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM): Breakfast and team strategy session to review Day 2 performance.
- Late Morning (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Position-Specific Training at Episkopi F.C. Work in small groups with specialized coaches (e.g., strikers, midfielders, defenders, goalkeepers) to hone role-specific skills.
- Afternoon (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Lunch, followed by a recovery walk or optional physio session to ensure peak condition.
- Late Afternoon (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM): Small-Sided Games (e.g., 7v7) to showcase individual flair and teamwork, scouted by Greek and European representatives. Video highlights recorded.
