This international alliance empowers players to grow on and off the field through elite coaching, cultural immersion, and global exposure.

Join us at the Episkopi F.C. training facilities in Crete, Greece, for the Creta Next Gen International Scouting ID Camp this winter. Train and play in front of Greek 2nd and 3rd division club scouts and directors, plus scouts from other European leagues, all looking for new talent. With video recordings and highlights capturing your performance, this 5-day camp offers top-notch coaching, a comfortable 4-star hotel stay, two meals daily, and the chance to experience Crete’s vibrant culture. Come take your shot at a professional soccer career in an unforgettable setting!

What’s inside International Scouting Showcase (Talent ID Camp)

 5-Day Scouting ID Camp Schedule

Day 1: Arrival & Immersion

  • Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Arrive in Crete, check into your 4-star hotel, and settle in with a warm welcome from the Creta Next Gen team.
  • Afternoon (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM): Embark on a guided city tour of Crete, exploring historic sites, vibrant markets, and scenic coastal views to soak in the island’s culture.
  • Evening (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Gather for a team welcome dinner at a local taverna, featuring Greek cuisine and a camp orientation. Meet coaches, staff, and fellow players to build camaraderie.
  • Night (8:30 PM - 10:00 PM): Free time to relax or network informally with teammates. Early rest encouraged to prepare for training.

Day 2: Training Kickoff & Greek Football Insights

  • Morning (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM): Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a team briefing on the day’s goals.
  • Late Morning (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM): First Training Session at Episkopi F.C. facilities. Focus on technical drills (e.g., passing, ball control) and fitness assessments to prepare for scout evaluations.
  • Afternoon (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Lunch at the hotel, followed by a recovery session with light stretching or optional video analysis of morning drills.
  • Late Afternoon (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM): Friendly Match #1 – Play in a competitive 11v11 match against local or camp-selected teams, scouted by Greek 2nd/3rd division clubs. Video recordings capture key moments.
  • Evening (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM): Seminar – “Starting the Professional Journey”. Learn about the Greek football pyramid, club expectations, and pro pathways from experienced coaches and guest scouts.
  • Night (9:00 PM): Free time to relax or review match footage with coaches.

Day 3: Position-Specific Training & Scout Connections

  • Morning (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM): Breakfast and team strategy session to review Day 2 performance.
  • Late Morning (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Position-Specific Training at Episkopi F.C. Work in small groups with specialized coaches (e.g., strikers, midfielders, defenders, goalkeepers) to hone role-specific skills.
  • Afternoon (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Lunch, followed by a recovery walk or optional physio session to ensure peak condition.
  • Late Afternoon (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM): Small-Sided Games (e.g., 7v7) to showcase individual flair and teamwork, scouted by Greek and European representatives. Video highlights recorded.
  • Evening (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM): Seminar – “Meet the Scouts”. Hear directly from Greek 2nd/3rd division scouts and European league guests about what they look for in talent. Network informally post-session.
  • Night (9:00 PM): Free time to connect with teammates or rest.

Day 4: Tactical Play & Game Intelligence

  • Morning (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM): Breakfast and video review of prior day’s games to identify improvement areas.
  • Late Morning (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Tactical Training Session at Episkopi F.C. Focus on formations, set pieces, and game scenarios (e.g., pressing, counterattacks) to boost strategic play.
  • Afternoon (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Lunch, followed by a recovery session with yoga or mobility work to maintain fitness.
  • Late Afternoon (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM): Friendly Match #2 – Compete in another 11v11 match against camp-selected or local teams, with scouts in attendance. Video recordings capture performance.
  • Evening (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM): Seminar – “Principles of Play”. Dive into advanced game concepts (e.g., spacing, movement off the ball) with coaches to elevate your football IQ.
  • Night (9:00 PM): Free time or optional one-on-one coach feedback.

Day 5: Showcase Finale & Next Steps

  • Morning (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM): Breakfast and final prep session to focus on match-day mindset.
  • Late Morning (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Friendly Match #3 – The main showcase event at Episkopi F.C., featuring 11v11 games scouted by Greek 2nd/3rd division clubs and European league scouts. Video recordings and highlights produced for each player.
  • Afternoon (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM): Lunch and downtime to reflect on performances.
  • Late Afternoon (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM): Closing Debrief with coaches and scouts. Receive personalized feedback, discuss next steps, and learn how to leverage your video highlights for future opportunities.
  • Evening (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Farewell dinner at the hotel, celebrating the week’s achievements with teammates and staff.
  • Night (8:30 PM): Departure prep or optional networking with coaches and players.
